Faten Al Hariri

Faten Al Hariri was born in Madrid, Spain, to Syrian parents and spent most of her early years in Syria. Faten developed a passion for fine arts, earning a Bachelor's degree from Damascus University in April 2006. In 2012 following the outbreak of the Syrian Civil War, Faten relocated with her family to Amman, Jordan, where she lived for 11 years before moving to Kitchener, Canada in August 2023. Her artistic journey is marked by a fascination with nature's beauty and the human form, explored through various styles and techniques. Her works often incorporate symbols, hidden messages, and critiques, reflecting her curiosity and innovative spirit. Committed to the principles of balance, peace, equality, diversity, and human rights, Faten's values permeate her art and teaching. As the founder of Faten Al Hariri Art Studio, she continues to inspire and educate, staying current with contemporary art trends and sharing her knowledge with diverse audiences.
